Full-service restaurants that offer
approximately 250 menu items that are
multi-cuisine including South Asian,
Chinese, Arabic and Continental dishes with
Non-Vegetarian options like Seafood, Lamb &
Chicken in our Appetizers, Soups, Salads,
Crepes, Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Omelettes
and Extensive Vegetarian options including
approximately 40 varieties of dessert and
pastries. Each item has been carefully
prepared keeping in mind the dietary
requirements of these categories while
maintaining the original flavor. |

All menu items are prepared on the restaurant
premises using high-quality; fresh ingredients based
on innovative and proprietary recipes with
reasonably controlled food portions at moderate
prices.
We use only all-natural, lean chicken and lamb
(trimmed, sirloin cut) and fish low in sodium like
salmon, Tuna and Dori fillet. In addition, we only
use cooking oils that contain zero Trans fats per
serving and are rich omega 3 fatty acid.
does not use frying as the method of
cooking. We use healthy methods of cooking like
grilling and baking that best capture the flavor and
retain the nutrients in your food without adding
excessive amounts of fat or salt. We use natural
fruit sugar beneficial for diabetics and most of our
produce is sourced direct from premium growers. We
offer coffee that is decaffeinated.
Our restaurants reflect a calming yet energized
ambience of yin and yang whilst set with a
distinctive, contemporary theme using our corporate
colors yellow, green and brown. Maintaining a
hygienic and safe kitchen and customer area is our
priority.
restaurants currently range in size from
2000 to 5000 interior square feet, provide no liquor
service and are open seven days a week for
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, including
Friday/Saturday brunch with an average guest check
of approximately AED 50.
